PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICIES:
Payment:
- Tour payment should be made not less than 20 days prior to tourist group arrival to our bank account as per the sent invoice.
- Prices are confidential & 50% advance is required to secure the bookings.
- Remaining payment is to be made before 2 days of departure.
Cancellation fees:
- Cancellation prior 30 days – Once booking confirmed with payment then booking is non amendable & non refundable.
- Cancellation prior 15 days – 75% charge of the tour price.
- Cancellation prior 10 days – 100% charge of the tour price.
